The trailer of Sarala Subbarao, a 1970s-period romantic drama starring Ajay Rao and Misha Narang, has been released and is receiving strong appreciation. Produced by Lohith Nanjundaiah under Riyan Creations and directed by Manju Swaraj, the film is based on a novel by writer Triveni and is set to release on February 12, coinciding with Valentine’s Day.
Shot in a nearly 100-year-old house in Mysuru, the film features a strong ensemble cast including Rangayana Raghu and Veena Sundar. Music is composed by Ajaneesh Loknath, with cinematography by Pradeep Padmakumar. Speaking at the trailer launch, the team expressed confidence that the retro love story will connect with family audiences.
