Sai Durgha Tej in a fierce Rustic Avatar in Sambarala Yetigattu

On the occasion of Sankranti, Sai Durgha Tej’s look in pan-India period action drama Sambarala Yetigattu (SYG) was revealed.

Directed by Rohith KP and produced by K Niranjan Reddy and Chaitanya Reddy under the banner of Primeshow Entertainment the powerhouse behind the blockbuster HanuManthe film promises a gripping blend of rustic realism and intense mythic action.

The latest poster presents Sai Durgha Tej in a deeply rooted village avatar that feels both raw and evocative. Dressed in a simple grey shirt and traditional panche kattu, walking barefoot through a rural landscape while gently leading a majestic white bull, the actor exudes an arresting mix of grit and grace. His thick beard, piercing gaze, and faint smile add emotional depth, hinting at a character shaped by the land and the turmoil within it.

For SYG, Sai Durgha Tej has undergone a visible physical and behavioral transformation, embodying a man intrinsically connected to the soil and the conflicts simmering around him. The film is set to feature several intense, physically demanding action sequences that further highlight his rugged reinvention.
Earlier, the Asura Aagamana glimpse released on the actor’s birthday drew widespread acclaim for its dark, brooding atmosphere, emotionally charged visuals, and strong mythological undertones.

While that teaser offered a glimpse into the violent storm at the heart of SYG, the Sankranti poster captures the quiet, foreboding calm before the chaos unfolds.

With Vetrivel Palanisamy lending a gritty visual texture, B Ajaneesh Loknath enhancing the narrative with an immersive score, and Primeshow Entertainment backing the project with uncompromised production values, Sambarala Yetigattu is shaping up to be a powerful fusion of grounded emotion and large-scale cinematic spectacle.
