Following a string of successes, Raj B Shetty has a busy 2026 ahead, with the much-anticipated Landlord arriving in January and Raj B Shetty Rakkasapuradhol now set for release on February 6, 2026. The film is inspired by real events from Kollegal and is directed by Ravi Sarang, a long-time associate of filmmaker Jogi Prem.
