New Delhi, November 30, 2025 Russian President Vladimir Putin will visit India on December 4–5, 2025, for the 23rd Annual India–Russia Summit, following an official invitation from Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and the Kremlin confirmed that both leaders will hold comprehensive discussions to evaluate ongoing cooperation and set the direction for the next phase of their “special and privileged strategic partnership.”
